My interest in real estate began right after the financial crisis in 2008. I was unprepared and uniformed leading to the closure of my family business. This inspired me to learn and prepare for the next economic downturn. At the time, I was designing custom cabinetry and furniture which utilized my previous architectural drafting training, going into all these beautiful homes ignited my desire to own one of my own. I signed up and completed my real estate sales training, but my deep dive into real estate really began by first learning what would be required to purchase my first investment property. The next step was simple, build my credit back up to get a loan and save enough for the deposit and any closing costs.

I began a new career and started a new business with as little overhead as possible leading to enough deposit with healthy credit to purchase first property, this time informed and with the guidance. That property did so well I purchased another within 6 months and the process inspired me to want to help others to do the same and to help them avoid making the same mistakes I had along the way. To offer help, guidance, and assistance to others in the purchase of property whether it be investment property or their dream home.
